How Long can my pet stay? We offer short term and long term boarding. Can I visit my pet if I am vacationing in the area? Absolutley, remember your pet will be missing you also. Can I bring my pets favorite bedding, toys and food? Yes, your pet will feel more comfortable having familiar things around. We recommend you bring your pets own food, because it's upsetting to their stomachs if their diet is changed. Do you offer discounts on long term stays? Yes, if you board your pet for 30 or more consecutive days you will receive a 10% discount on boarding and a 20% discount on having your pet bathed. I have 2 dogs, can they stay in the same kennel and 2 cats, can they stay in the same condo? Yes, as long as they get along. If during their stay we find that they are not getting along we will then seperate them and you will be charged for two seperate kennels or condos. Can I call to check on my pet? Yes, we don't want you to worry while you are away. What if my pet becomes ill while in the care of Fish Stream Kennels? We will notify you if your pet becomes ill. If we are unable to reach you or an emergency contact person we will get medical attention for your pet. How will the medical bill be handled if my pet becames ill? Any aquired bills for Veterinarians, medications, procedures and mileage will be added to your bill here at Fish Stream Kennels. What if I'm unable to pick up my pet when scheduled? That's no problem. Just call and let us know. Can I have someone else pick up my pet for me? Yes, that's fine. You will have to call us yourself and let us know if someone else is picking up your pet and who that person is. |
